Maxpedition Noatak Gearslinger

The Noatak pack from the Maxpedition Gearslinger lineup offers the ergonomic comfort of a backpack with the quick and easy access of a sling bag. Designed to be worn on the back, the pack features a comfortable strap that distributes weight evenly across the shoulders. When you need to access the contents, the Noatak can rotate 270 degrees towards the front of the body, making it particularly useful when worn while seated or when walking through the field, saving you the time and trouble of removing the bag.

Built to keep you comfortable in extreme environments, the Noatak's back panel and shoulder strap are padded with #AS-100 high-grade closed-cell foam material for superior shock protection, ensuring both you and your gear are well-protected. The multi-compartment pack boasts a roomy main compartment with multiple interior pockets, a zippered front pouch with an internal "Keyper" (key retention system) and sleeve pockets, a hydration-compatible rear compartment also equipped with a loop to hold a firearm, and a side water bottle pocket. Exterior modular webbing allows for the attachment of various pouches, while internal loop fields facilitate concealed carry.

Constructed with Maxpedition's renowned Hard-Use nylon design, the Noatak is built to withstand extreme conditions and demanding situations. The pack features 1000-Denier water and abrasion-resistant lightweight ballistic nylon fabric, treated with Dupont Teflon for grime resistance and easy maintenance. It is also triple polyurethane-coated for water resistance. The bag is equipped with never-fail YKK high-strength zippers and zipper tracks, along with durable, silent Paracord zipper pulls and UTX-Duraflex nylon buckles for low-sound closures, making it ideal for hunting and stealth uses.

Stitched entirely with high-tensile-strength composite nylon thread and double-stitched, Bartacked, or "Box-and-X" stitched at stress points, the Noatak is designed to withstand heavy use without failing. For additional weather resistance and durability, the pack's internal seams are taped and finished. High-tensile-strength nylon webbing is used for bag reinforcement, attachment points, and straps, ensuring the integrity of the overall design.

With an overall size of 10"(L) x 5.5"(W) x 14.5"(H) and a main compartment measuring 9.5"(L) x 4"(W) x 14"(H) with a volume of 500 cu.in. / 8L, the Noatak offers ample storage and organizational options for your gear. The pack's exterior features a Y-compression strap, a loop field for patches, and a zippered pocket with a Button-Lock security strap. The front also includes a zippered pouch with internal slip pockets, and the left side has a cord cinch pouch for a water bottle or radio.
